## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED THAT HE HAD DIFFICULTY MOVING THE RUDDER SO THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY LANDING AND LANDING SAFELY. WHILE INSPECTING THE RUDDER SYSTEM, THE BOTTOM BEARING WAS FOUND TO BE IN PIECES WHICH CAUSE EXCESSIVE PLAY WHEN RUDDER WAS IN MOTION.
