ASD OUTER HANDLE CRACKED IN WEB AS MARKED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ASD OUTER HANDLE IAW CRJ 700 SRM 52-11-03.  SUPPLEMENTAL - SDR CLOSED 03/15/07.
