THE CREW REPORTED THE F/O EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. THE ACFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R & R THE F/O FLASHLIGHT IAW JIC 25-60-00. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
