DURING B INSPECTION, FOUND THE FORWARD GALLEY EMERGENCY LIGHT LOOSE AT FLOOR. ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. RESECURED FORWARD GALLEY EMERGENCY LIGHT AT FLOOR IAW CMM 33-50-01.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
