DURING MX INSPECTION FOUND THE EMERGENCY BATTERY WITH LOW VOLTAGE.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R & R EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW WORK CARD EX-243185-RAI-10020-002.  OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
