DURING PS-1 INSPECTION CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY FLOOD LIGHT IN FRONT OF GALLEY INOPERATIVE.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R & R EMERGENCY LIGHT BULB IAW JIC 33-51-24.  OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.  ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
