## Discrepancy

NON-ETOPS: FLT 206 HNL - OGG:  ON THE GROUND, FWD SVC DOOR EMERGENCY SLIDE ACCIDENTALLY DISLODGED FROM THE DOOR BUT DID NOT INFLATE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD SERVICE DOOR SLIDE CHUTE ASSEMBLY.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
