DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE VISIT, NOTED CORROSION IN SEVERAL PLACES RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TOP SIDE AFT SPAR INBOARD END.  REPAIRED PER ECO1889R1.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
