LANDING GEAR FAILED TO FULLY RETRACT.  FOUND ELECTRIC MOTOR ON HYDRAULIC POWERPACK FAILED.  REPLACED POWER PACK AND LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONED PROPERLY.  (K)
