MCI - DURING PREFLIGHT, FOUND NR 4 SPOILER FLOATING AND WOULD NOT DEPLOY DUE TO A CRACKED ACTUATOR CASTING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 SPOILER ACTUATOR, MFG P/N 65C16300-2.  FUNCTIONAL CHECK NORMAL.  (M)
