ABOUT 15 MINUTES INTO FLIGHT LOST B HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID.  RETURNED TO STL.  THE NUMBER 5 SPOILER PLUG BLEW OUT OF THE ACTUATOR.  REPLACED THE PLUG.  CHECK-C 12-13-98 MCI.
