PRIOR TO DEPARTURE WITH COCKPIT EMERGENCY EXIT SWITCH IN OFF POSITION CABIN EXIT LIGHTS CAME ON ALSO IN ARMED POSITION.  REPAIRED SHORTED WIRE AT R3 DOOR, OPS CHECK OK AS PER 33-51-00.  (M)
