## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMBOUT THE PILOTS NOTICED SOMETHING BLACK COME OFF THE PROP. THEY EXPERIENCED VIBRATION IN THE ENGINE. TURNED BACK FOR SJU AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
