FUSELAGE BS 980-1000 WATER SERVICE PORT AREA DOUBLER FOUND CORROSION.  FABRICATE AND INSTALL THE NEW DOUBLER (P/N:65B09637-1) AS PER BOEING DRAWING 65B09637.
