PRECAUTIONARY LANDING WAS MADE DUE TO T/R VIBRATION.  T/R BLADE TIP HAS LARGE PIECE OF PAINT MISSING.  REPLACED T/R ASSY, OPS CHECK GOOD TL-017656-2010.
