DURING FLIGHT WALK AROUND INSPECTION, L1 DOOR EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT FOUND INOPERATIVE.   REPLACED THE LAMP IAW AMM 33-51-06. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
