WHILE ACCOMPLISHING A VISUAL INSPECTION FOUND NR 3 ENGINE OUTBOARD T/R INTERIOR SIDE UPPER, FWD STOP FITTING IS GOUGED AND HAS DAMAGED HI-LOCK FASTENER.  REPAIRED PER VT-SAA EA 747-5400-56-A8511 REV A.
