DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND CRACK IN L/H OUTBOARD FORE-FLAP INTERNAL SHEAR-TIE WEB EMANATING FROM LOWER EDGE THAT EXCEEDS LIMITS PER B747 SRM 57-53-02-0I-1 FIGURE 1, @ RIB #6 AND LWBL 305 APPROXIMATE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FORE-FLAP ASSEMBLY.
