DURING FUNCTIONAL CHECK INSPECTION, FOUND UPPER DECK CABIN CEILING LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  LP 58165-1.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ASSOCIATED POWER SUPPLY BATTERY PACK AND BATTERY CHARGER - OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
