FINDING 002002 DOCUMENT FCD 744-53-0057-DURING C-CHECK 0.7" CRACK HAS EXTENDED FROM THE STOP HOLE OF THE PREVIOUS CRACK AT R/H STABILIZER UPPER LOBE DOUBLER.  REPAIR WAS COMPLTED PER FAA 8100-9 DATED 0/21/2006 ON BOEING SERVICE REQUEST 202603060065-0011.
