## Discrepancy

3ND FLIGHT OF THE DAY, DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION.  CREW DID A FUNCTION CHECK OF THE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP, IT WAS NOT EVEN MAKING SOUNDS.
