BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE, CREW TURNED ON THE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED.  TOTAL TIME ON THIS ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP SINCE NEW, 31 HOURS.
