MEL 21-52-00-02 (CAT A NO EXT) R PACK FAIL AMBER CAS MESSAGE - SMOKE APPEARS IN THE CABIN NEAR R2 THEN 10 MINUTES LATER THE R PACK FAIL.  MX C/A: RH AIR CYCLE MACHINE (ACM) REMOVED AND REPLACED.
