AP STAB TRIM FAIL AND PRI STAB TRIM FAIL DURING FLIGHT.   HORIZONTAL STABILIZER PRIMARY TRIM ACTUATOR MOTOR BRAKE ASSEMBLY, REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH REPAIRED UNIT SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER. OPS CHKD COMPLETED WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD. WORK COMPLETED IAW AMM 27-41-09.  ACCESS PANEL 346BR HORIZONTAL STAB BULLET FAIRING ACCESS PANEL REMOVED FOR R & R OF PRIMARY STABILIZER TRIM MOTOR REPLACEMENT. PANEL RE-INSTALLED AND TORQUED. WORK COMPLETED IAW AMM 55-30-21.
