DECLARED EMERGENCY. SPOILERS FAULT CAUTION, STAB TRIM FAIL ADVISORY.  CYAN STAB TRIM FAULT ON LANDING: REMOVED AND REPLACED RT OTBD MULTI-FUNCTION SPOILIER ROTARY VARIABLE-DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFORMER (MFS RVDT)  AND INSTALLED A NEW RT OUTBOARD RVDT  IAW AMM 27-61-11 OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY, ALL STAB TRIM SPOILER FAULT CLEARED.
