THE LT OUTBOARD REFUEL VLV INOP.  REPLACED CONNECTOR DV28108 REF WD 28-21-21 ON ACCOUNT OF INTERNALLY SHORTED WIRES 2 AND 5.  REPLACED REFUEL VALVE CONTROL UNIT.
