NO WATER PRESSURE THROUGHOUT ACFT.  FLIGHT DIVERTED.  REPLACED PRESELECT OVERFLOW (V38102) ON ACCOUNT NOT FULLY CLOSING.  WATER SYS PRESS CHECKS NORMAL.
