## Discrepancy

LT START VALVE WON'T ENGAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED.  RPL NR1 ENG START VALVE.  MOTORED ENGINE, START CONTROL CB STAYED IN AND START VALVE OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
