R ENG NO START.  GOOD ENGAGE.  REACHES 12 PERCENT N2 THEN DISENGAGES, 2ND ATTEMPT SAME.  MANUAL START WAS OK.  REPLACED STARTER VALVE AND RT ENGINE SPEED CARD.  GROUND CHECKED GOOD.
