FUEL OIL HEAT EXCHANGER LEAKING.  AFTER REPLACEMENT OF NR 2 FUEL OIL HEAT EXCHANGER RAN NR 2 ENG LEAKING 24 DROPS A MIN.  BAD FROM STOCK.  REPLACED FUEL OIL HEAT EXCHANGER.  LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
