## Discrepancy

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ISSUE, FLIGHT DIVERTED.  BOTH IRS DC FAIL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.  BATTERY VOLTAGE SLOWLY DROPPED TO 14 VOLTS.  REPLACED BATTERY, BATTERY CHARGER AND RELAY R41.
