RT & LT HYD QTY LWR EICAS, RTFL.  FAULT OCCURRED AFTER STATIC DISCHARGE.  REPLACED HYDRAULIC FLUID QTY MONITOR UNIT.  ALL OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
