## Discrepancy

RUDDER TRIM FAILED TO TRIM IN EITHER DIRECTION.   TRIM FROZEN UNTIL CONTROL KNOB EXERCISED A LOT.  FOUND RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR STICKING.  REPLACED RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR.  RUDDER TRIM.  OPS CK NORMAL.
