ACFT LEAKING FUEL AT GATE.  RIGHT WING PANEL 652HB REMOVED FOR T-SHOOTING FUEL LEAK. FOUND RT JETTISON PUMP LEAKING. REPLACED RT JETTISON PUMP O-RINGS. OPS CHKS NORMAL, NO LEAKS NOTED. REINSTALLED WING PANEL.
