OIL QUANTITY IND, FLIGHT DIVERTED.  AIR OIL HEAT EXCHANGER HAS AN OIL LEAK FOR RIGHT ENGINE.  RIGHT ENG HEAT EXCHANGER REMOVED AND AWAITING FOR SERVICEABLE PART.  STILL OPEN TO COVER INSTALLATION OF AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGER. RAN ENGINE HIGH POWER.  LEAK CHECK GOOD.
