NR 2 ENG OIL CONS EXCEEDS LIMIT.  PER SAMC SUSPECT FUEL OIL HEAT EXCHANGE INTERNAL LEAK.  REMOVED FUEL OIL HEAT EXCH.  REPLACED FUEL OIL COOLER, PERFORMED HI POWER RUN PER MM.  ALL OPS AND IND NORMAL, NO FAULTS OR LEAKS NOTED.
