## Discrepancy

RUDDER TRIM FAILED TO TRIM IN EITHER DIRECTION.  TRIM WILL INTERMITTENTLY WORK FOR VERY SHORT TIME.  FAILED 90 PERCENT OF TIME.  REPLACED RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR AND RUDDER TRIM AILERON CONTROL PANEL AND ACCOMPLISH TESTS IAW MM AND ALL CHECKS.
