AFT CARGO HEAT INOP, NO INDICATION.   RESET ECSMC CARD, ELECTRICALLY SYS CKS OK, BUT VLV STILL SHOWS 'FAIL' NEEDS FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING. VLV OPS INHIBITED WITH DOOR OPEN. MAT TEST WAS DONE WITH BLK DR OPN. MAYBE MAT TEST AGAIN. CBS PULLED FOR MEL.
