ACFT EXPERIENCED A PRESSURE DROP ON DESCENT. PFR SHOWS ECAM MSG 'CAB PR LO DIFF PR' AND 'CAB PR SAFETY VALVE OPEN'. PER TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND BOTH SAFETY VALVES AT FAULT. REPLACED BOTH SAFETY VALVES 6HL AND 7HL. OPS NORMAL.
