DURING CLIMB THRU 8000' FWD EQUIP OVHT EICAS AND EQ COOLING VALVE LIGHT ON EQ COOLING PANEL. FOUND FAULTY EQ COOLING CARD. REPLACED EQ COOLING INDICATION CARD. OPERATES NORMAL ON GROUND.
