## Discrepancy

BOTH RT TANK REFUEL VALVES INOPERATIVE CLOSED.  FOUND RT MAIN REFUELING VALVE CONTROL SWITCH BROKEN.  INTEGRATED REFUEL PANEL (IRP) REPLACED. PANEL TESTS OK.  PERFORMED A SUCCESSFUL PRESSURE REFUELING TEST.
