## Discrepancy

WATER QTY ISSUE, FLIGHT DIVERTED.  FOUND U 28 CB POTABLE WATER WITH COLLAR ON IT.  RESET, SERVICED WATER TANK TO FULL.  CHECKED ALL LAVS AND GALLEY SPIGOTS.  ALL FUNCTIONING NORMAL.
