## Discrepancy

RIGHT AND LEFT UTILITY BUSSES WILL NOT COME ON LINE AND A-C WILL NOT TAKE GROUND POWER.  REPLACED BUSS POWER CONTROL UNIT IAW MM.  OPS CKS NORMAL.  BOTH UTILITY BUSSES ON LINE AND A-C WILL ACCEPT GROUND POWER.
