APU FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE INOP.  DUE HISTORY AND ETOPS SENSITIVE,  VALVE MADE INOPERATIVE IN CLOSED POSITION IAW MEL PROCEDURES.  REPLACED APU FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ACTUATOR IAW MM, OPS CHECK GOOD.
