EICAS MSG STAB TRIM DISPLAYED, & STAB TRIM LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  STABILIZER TRIM OPERATES AT ONE-HALF SPEED.   STAB TRIM LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CLIMB OUT.  REPLACED STAB TRIM CONTROL BRAKE PRESS SWITCH ON RIGHT STCM (M1608) PER FIM, OPS NORMAL, MESSAGE CLEARED.
