APU NO START.   PERFORMED TROUBLE SHOOTING WITH BREAK OUT BOX. FOUND ECS VOLTS OUT OF RANGE, IGV TM OUT OF RANGE. INSTALLED NEW M195 ZONE TEMP CONT. RE-RAN APU, NO HELP WITH ECS VOLTS. REINSTALLED ORIGINAL M195 ZONE TEMP CONT.
