ENG FUEL VALVE LT EICAS MESSAGE AND NO LT ENG START.  B4 CB IS POPPED.  LEFT ENG RELAY UNIT (ERU) IAW MM.  RAN ENGINE IAW JRH, ALL PARAMETERS NORMAL.  NO FAULTS NOTED & TESTS PASSED.
