NO WATER PRESSURE, FLIGHT DIVERTED.  SUPPLEMENTAL DATA UPDATE THIS FIRST REVENUE FLT SINCE ACFT IN FOR PAINT SCHEME.  WATER SYSTEM WAS DRAINED DURING PAINT VISIT.  PLEASE CHECK FWD AND AFT FILL VALVES FOR CORRECT CLOSURE.  FREED OVERFLOW VALVE, OPS GOOD.
