## Discrepancy

RAT TEST FAILED.  GREEN LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE, RAT DID NOT COME UP TO SPEED.  REPLACED RAT HYDRAULIC PUMP AND RAT GROUND CHECK MODULE.  RAT FAILED TEST.  RAT WILL NOT COME UP TO REQUIRED SPEED AND GREEN LIGHT WILL NOT ILLUMINATE.
