NR 1 VHF COMM CNTRL PNL HAS MECHANICAL DEFECT:  BROKEN, MISSING OR LOOSE PARTS. (01=L VHF, 02=R VHF).  REPLACED NR 1 COMM PANEL, ALL OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
